The Loft

Above the house, under the sky.

The Loft occupies the upper level of the eastern wing — the only room in the house with a view across the rooftops toward the lake and the Southern Alps. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and skylights that fill the room with the changing light of the day.

The room for stargazing and golden hour, for the guest who wants elevation and a long horizon. The bed sits beneath the slope of the roof; the ensuite is tucked beneath the eaves.

A little removed from the rest of the house, a little closer to the sky — the Loft is the quiet favourite of returning guests.
