Mishika Retreat is owned and operated by Niharika Pte Ltd (NJ Group), Singapore. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about or book a stay, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it to be read, not to be hidden.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you complete an enquiry or booking form we receive your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request — your dates, party size, the suite or whole estate, and any notes you add. If you pay a deposit online, the card payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and confirm your stay, take a deposit where one applies, and stay in touch about your booking. If you join the “Mishika Direct” list we will also send occasional seasonal notes; you can stop these at any time by replying to ask.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that make this site work: Web3Forms delivers your form submission to our inbox, Stripe processes deposit payments, and Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide its service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies & analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Only the essential requests needed to display the pages and submit forms are made.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to arrange your stay and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to live@mishika.luxe and we will respond within a reasonable time.
