Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of mishika.luxe and to bookings made with Mishika Retreat. By using the site or making a booking you accept them.

Bookings & rates

• Rates shown are per night in New Zealand Dollars and are drawn live from our property system. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
• Every night booked direct on mishika.luxe is honoured at ten percent below Booking.com and Agoda, automatically, with no code required.
• You may book an individual suite, or the whole estate for exclusive use (up to ten guests). Events and weddings carry a five-night minimum.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking; balance terms are confirmed at the time of enquiry.

The house rhythm

Mishika is a private residence enjoyed with care. Quiet hours, supervision of children around the pool, spa and fireplaces, and respect for the home, garden and neighbourhood are expected of every guest.

Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, Mishika Retreat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
